Five trades, one company
We ask whether we can run it, whether the numbers survive a bad year, and whether the Group brings something to it that another owner would not.
Three related trades under one roof. We sell to households and businesses through our own outlets and delivery network. We procure and supply to corporate and institutional buyers against contract. And we hold dealership rights for manufacturers who want a serious partner in the market.
Primary production and the value chain around it, from input supply through offtake to storage and processing near the farm gate. Our retail arm gives the produce a route to market that we control.
Income-producing property, held for yield. The company acquires, develops and manages commercial assets, including a luxury terraced apartment development in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Software that runs the Group first. Ordering and delivery routing for Neutron Gas, reporting and control tooling for the centre, and customer platforms for retail and franchise partners. Selected client work follows the same stack.
How the four fit together
These are not unrelated bets. Agriculture produces, retail and procurement sell, technology moves the order and tracks the stock, and property houses the operation and holds value while the rest of it compounds.
The link is deliberate. A delivery network built for cooking gas can carry food. A routing system built for one product line serves the next. Property the Group owns removes rent from the cost base of every business standing on it.
Where a vertical cannot be linked to the others, it has to earn its place on its own numbers, and we say so in the accounts.

Ikorodu development
The company’s live property project is a terraced apartment development in Ikorodu, Lagos, on land already held. Owning the land outright changes the economics of a development from the first day.
